BRIE CHEESE (PASTEURIZED MILK, PASTEURIZED CREAM, CULTURES, SALT, ENZYMES), PUFF PASTRY (ENRICHED WHEAT FLOUR [WHEAT FLOUR, MALTED BARLEY FLOUR, NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMINE MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID] WATER, BUDER [PASTEURIZED CREAM], SALT), APPLES (APPLES, ASCORBIC ACID [PRESERVATIVE], CITRIC ACID [PRESERVATIVE], SALT), PECANS, BROWN SUGAR, SEA SALT.

Conventional Oven
Cooking Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 400°F for 10 minutes.
  2. REMOVE and discard plastic wrap.
  3. PLACE brie in bowl directly on alined baking sheet and cook on center rack of oven.
  4. BAKE for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. LET STAND 5-10 minutes before serving.

For a shiny brown crust, whisk together 1 egg and 1tbs of water in a small bowl. Using a pastry brush, brush the puff pastry lightly with egg wash prior to baking.

For food safety and best product quality cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.

Baked Brie is packed in an oven safe bowl. Do not remove brie from enclosed bowl until after cooking.

Failure to use baking sheet may cause melting of enclosed bowl.

DO NOT MICROWAVE OR COOK IN A TOASTER OVEN. COOK THOROUGHLY.
