(Best Method)

  1. PREHEAT oven to 400°F.
  2. BREAK APART cauliflower, place onto a lined baking sheet.
  3. PLACE baking sheet in the middle rack of the oven.
  4. BAKE for 24 minutes.
  5. CAREFULLY remove from oven, toss and carefully transfer to a serving dish.

Stovetop Cooking Directions:

  1. PREHEAT skillet for 2 minutes on medium heat.
  2. ADD 1 tbsp of oil to the pan.
  3. ONCE OIL is hot, carefully add vegetables to pan. Allow to cook for 4 minutes undisturbed to achieve caramelization.
  4. COOK for another 4 minutes until cooked through.
  5. TRANSFER to a serving dish. Let rest for 1-2 minutes before serving.

Do not cook in toaster oven. For food safety and best product quality cook to an internal temperature of 165ºF.
