Ingredients

BROWN RICE(WATER, BROWN RICE), FARRO (WATER, FARRO), GREEN PEAS, SAUCE (EXPELLER PRESSED CANOLA OIL, WATER, GARLIC, EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, SALT, LEMON JUICE, SOY LECITHIN, SPICES, GUAR GUM), SPINACH, RED QUINOA (WATER, RED QUINOA), KALE.

Stove Top Cooking Directions

(Best Method)

  1. PREHEAT skillet for 2 minutes on medium heat.
  2. ADD 1 tbsp of oil to the pan.
  3. ONCE OIL is hot, carefully add grain mixture to pan. Allow to cook for 4 minutes undisturbed to lightly toast grains
  4. STIR and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
  5. TRANSFER to a serving dish. Let rest for 1-2 minutes before serving

Microwave Cooking Directions:

  1. OPEN BAG and pour grain mixture into a microwave-safe bowl, and cover.
  2. PLACE in the microwave and cook on high for 3 1/2-4 minutes until cooked through.
  3. LET STAND 1 minute. Carefully remove bowl from mircowave.
  4. MIX thoroughly and enjoy!

Directions were developed based of a 1100-watt microwave oven. Cooking time will vary based on microwave oven. Do not cook in toaster oven. For food safety and best product quality cook to an internal temperture of 165ºF.
